¹  The Serial Number can be found on your License Certificate. The Serial Number is in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX (please include the hyphens). If you do not have your License Certificate, you can find the Serial Number by:

ShadowProtect SPX: Run the console and select Help - Product Activation

ShadowProtect: Run the console and select Help - Product Activation

ImageManager: Run the console and select Licensing under Agent Tasks

Granular Recovery for Exchange: Run the console and select Help - About and then License Info

WatchDog: Log in to the console and the Serial Number is displayed in the Licensing box on the WatchDog Central page

About this portal

This portal can be used to check your maintenance expiry dates for a number of StorageCraft products. Data represented in this portal will reflect as at the close of the previous business day.

The portal can also be used to verify your eligibility for upgrades and provide you with assistance to renew maintenance on soon to expire or lapsed maintenance on existing Serial Numbers.
